Point your toes, squeeze your bum, tuck your ribs in... We hear a lot (too many) tips out there and very little reasoning behind it.

 Our methodology, as you may have understood by now, is based on logic and physics. There is always a good reason why we train the way we do, and one of my purposes through this video series is to teach you the WHY. 

Today, we are going to see the #1 pitfall of kick-up mindlessly against the wall and why this can become a complete waste of time unless you start paying attention to your pelvis alignment, and its relationship with shoulder flexion.
