Debunking the myth of verticality
With this lesson, we go back over a BIG misconception about handstands: chasing the "float", which I also call the H Spot.
The problem with this approach is that it will CONSISTENTLY force you into a slightly undershot position, where things are almost impossible to recover from. Imagine chopping a tree off... and hearing the word "TIMBER" screamed - the tree is slowly making its way to the ground, and there is nothing you can do about it.
That floating moment here is just that: your structure still seems solid, but really it has been chopped off at the base. We need to reprogram this by simply kicking up against the wall and consistently getting there.
